I've recently installed Ubuntu 18.04.4 onto my Surface Pro 4 from a USB. I then followed the README from here to allow touch features. Although I don't receive any errors, the touch features are not present. Is there a way to check if the kernel was successful or is there a way to activate touch features?

Thanks in advance!

Hey @jonnyrogers24
If you have correctly installed the drivers than you must see an option in GRUB Menu of Ubuntu in Advance Options that says the drivers with surface. You can then proceed with that option and everything will work fine.
