Default exclude with vcs files

I updated jfind.nvim and/or jfind at some point, and saw I was getting .git entries. Turns out I didn't have exclude, and once I copied the example, they were excluded as expected.

Maybe there should be a default that includes at least the vcs directories?

@technicalpickles add a pull request or list with whatever files you think should be excluded and ill happily add them
