Adding Tags from the context menu

It would be nice to be able to add a tag to one ore more issues via the context menu in the issues list. It would be sufficient to only be able to add an existing tag. This functionality could look like the adding of a watcher, where a list of possible values is opened, from which the user can choose one ore more values.
