I've set the document up initially with me, @gpdf, @fxpineau, @bsipocz as authors. Minimal requirement for author status I guess is being prepared to scrutinise the text during development and general agreement with the proposals. If you want to be added or removed from the author list please comment here or submit a PR.

I have me down as editor, and as first author, since at least initially I've originated most of the content. But those assignments are up for discussion as well if people have other ideas.

Given author participation so far, I suggest to reorder the author list so that FX is second author. See #9.
