Looks like a nice public domain starter project though I did not have time to try it myself, thanks to @CampaUTN for pointing it out in brodycj/cordova-sqlite-ext#63 (comment).

I hope someone can test on Windows platform (still need VS 2015, cordova-sqlite-ext does NOT support VS 2017 yet) (now on VS 2017). I may be able to do this in the next 1-2 months or so.
