As an admin, I want the ability to configure what different types of notification do

Activities to notify on:-

Domain expiry
SSL Expiry
Asset warranty expiry
Stale tickets
Invoice payments?

Methods:-

In-app notification
Email
Raise ticket

As a user, we probably want the ability to control our notifications. For tickets, there's an existing request here.
