Having a check list of things that are needed to (eventually) have a pretty project in DVC for beyond (e.g. ready for Studio)

Prospective list:

Remote storage is provisioned and configured in DVC.
Raw input data is versioned.
Code is parameterized.
Each pipeline stage is executable as a shell command.

Each step in the checklist would link to relevant sections in the docs.

Further ideas/ questions:

Should this be considered a list of project "maturity" steps?
Focus examples based on going from Notebooks to DVC? (rel blog: DVC with Jupyter notebooks #96)
