For example try https://dvc.org/blog/dvc-3-years-and-1-0-release#plots or click any of the other anchors in those headers, which are all linked to GH issues.

The screen scrolls to a few lines under the header, so some text is lost.

Also we don't hide the banner when we open it. Prioritizing this.
