Hi all ,
i have some questions about the firmware Z3RouterUSBDonlge_EZNet6.10.3_V1.0.0.gbl

my configuration run with Z2M , the coordinator is a sonoff Z-Dongle-e with the 7.4.3.0 fw and the zigbee chanel set to 15 .

I'm trying to add a router (Zdongle-e fw : Z3RouterUSBDonlge_EZNet6.10.3_V1.0.0.gbl) to extend my network, but I can't associate the router.
if I plug the stick on a PC and I look at the boot log I see that it is trying to join the network on channel 11!
my questions:
Is the fw router in 6.10.3_v1.0.0 compatible with a coordinator in 7.4.3.0?
Is it possible to change the channel of this router to 15?

Thank you for your help it's important to me

many thanks
Didier Danel

i add the log
upg fw routeur.log

it's strange : the boot don't show the good fw
[May 15 2022  22:44:15] EZNet_V6.10.3_20220515 chan = 11, PanId = 0xFFFF,
perhaps the original fw of the stick !

I sincerely apologize for not paying attention to your issue for a long time.
Based on your log, I found that this dongle has been added to a certain network
You can reset his network and search for a new network by sending CLI commands
Here are some of his steps for your reference:

  1. Connect your serial port tool
  2. Send network leave

You will see the printing of network reset related to the serial port

  3. Then he will search for the Zigbee network again across all channels

Looking forward to your next reply
Best wishes
