[Change request to #2787] The date of export in the Admin Cabinet is displayed in the form of DD.MM.YYYY

Description of a Change request:
The date of export in the Admin Cabinet should be displayed in the form of DD.MM.YYYY
The date should be selected from the date picker when admin taps the date.

Reason for Change:
This is easier for users to select the date in the date picker and see it displayed as DD.MM.YYYY

Acceptance Criteria

1. When the admin taps the Date of export field of a particular order, then the date picker is displayed.
2. When the admin selected the date of export in the date picker, it should be displayed in the Date of export field in the form of DD.MM.YYYY
