[Admin cabinet] The page has localization issue when the Admin logged in

Environment: Windows 10 , browser Chrome, Version 126.0.6478.127 (Official Build) (64-bit).
Reproducible: always.
Build found: 30.06.2024.

Preconditions

1. Go to the link Pick Up City .
2. Log in as Admin.
3. Choose EN in the Header.
4. Log out as Admin.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to the link Pick Up City .
2. Choose UA localization.
3. Log in as Admin.
4. Click on the 'Notifications' icon.
5. Observe the page.

Actual result
The Admin’s profile is in Ukrainian. But the localization is EN because the Admin used it previously.

Expected result
The Admin’s profile will be in English if the localization is EN.

Postconditions
Log out as Admin.
