Description of a Change request:

  1. Add certificate number saved by admin via Order details.
  2. Add certificate amount saved by admin via Order details.

Reason for Change:
Changes in requirements, UI improvements

Acceptance Criteria

  1. When a valid certificate is entered by admin in Order details section its number and amount should be indicated
