Reproducible: always.
Build found: 07.05.2023

Preconditions

1. The database must contain at least one pricing card;
2. The User should be logged in as a Super Admin.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to https://www.testgreencity.ga/#/ubs;
2. Click on the "Тарифи" icon on the left sidebar;
3. Click on the tools "Gear" in the right corner;
4. Tap on the "Створити картку";
5. Select the courier in the field "Кур'єр" (f.e. "УБС")
6. Select the receiving station in the field "Станція приймання" (f.e. "Саперно-слобідська");
7. Select the region in the field "Область" (f.e. "Київська область");
8. Select the city in the field "Місто" (f.e. "Київ") and look at the validation message.

Actual result
The next validation message is displayed: "Ця локація вже використовується. Для збереження внесіть зміни."

Expected result
The validation message is displayed with the next text according to the mock-up and AC7.1: "За цими критеріями вже існує тарифна картка. Вам потрібно внести зміни."
