Clarification for the "Особисті дані" section.

Reason for Change:
Clarification of current requirements after PO review.

Acceptance Criteria
The user should see the first section “Особисті дані” with 4 text fields that should contain the following attributes:

Ім’я	Editable text field	Mandatory	Only alphabetic, numeric characters and special characters “-” (hyphen), " " (space) and " ' " (apostrophe) are allowed. From minimum 1 to maximum 30 characters are allowed.
Прізвище	Editable text field	Mandatory	Only alphabetic, numeric characters and special characters “-” (hyphen), " " (space) and " ' " (apostrophe) are allowed. From minimum 1 to maximum 30 characters are allowed.
Номер телефону	Autofill +380. Editable text field.	Mandatory	Only numeric characters are allowed (0-9). When the user starts typing, the placeholder “+380” stays in the field, so the user needs to type the rest of the telephone number (for example, the user shall type only 96 123 45 67).
Email	Autofilled email from the registration form. Non-editable text field.	Mandatory
