Change request for US #3491, #3489, #2478, #2477 - Change payment method and view of confirmation step in the order form

Description of a Change request:
New input info from the project owner for better usability of the form.

Reason for Change:
Clarification of business rules.

Acceptance Criteria

1. In the US#3489 field “Оплата” (Payment) on the step “Підтвердження” (Confirmation) should be deleted.

2. In the US [Personal Cabinet] Orders tab - payment step 2 #3491 the only one payment method should be via the Fondy service.

3. The US Online payment by card via LiqPay #2478 is not relevant.
