Preconditions
Preconditions:
The website is opened https://www.testgreencity.ga/#/ubs .
The User is registrated as SuperAdmin.
The Tariffs link is opened.
The pricing card is created.
Find the necessary card on the main page "Тарифи" (tariffs), click on it to see the tariffs card
Click to button "Додати сервіс" (Add the service)on the tariffs card
The pop-up window "Додати сервіс" (Add the service) should be opened

Steps to reproduce

1. In field "Name of the service UA" write valid data - "Дрім Тім"
2. In field "Name of the service" write valid data - "Dream team"
3. In field "Basic cost" write valid data -"5"
4. In field "Service descriptionUA" write valid data "Про"
5. Click on button "Add"

Actual result
New service add to the Services

Expected result
Error message"The field must contain between 1 and 255 characters"
Button "Add" isn't active
