All required fields on the card “Додати послугу” (add the service) should be completed. If one or more fields are not filled in or filled out incorrectly, the button “Додати” (Add) is inactive.

Reason for Change:
An user cannot save an empty card "Додати послугу" (add the service) or a card with incorrect data.
