[Change request to #2787] Clarification for the Section “Деталі вивезення”

Description of a Change request:
Changes need to improve current process

Reason for Change:
Requirements are updated according to stakeholder's needs and expectations

Acceptance Criteria

1. The fields 'Дата вивезення', 'Час вивезення' and 'Станція приймання' are corellated.
2. If an Admin chooses data for one of these fields he must to choose data for another one in this section.

• If an Admin chooses data for one or two of these fields and leaves another empty - empty fields must be highlited in red and 'Зберегти' bttn is disabled for saving.
• If an Admin chooses data for all of fields 'Дата вивезення', 'Час вивезення' and 'Станція приймання' - 'Зберегти' bttn should be activated for saving a changes.

3. An Admin should have ability to clear each of the fields by clicking on the [x] item in the frame of the field.
