[Change request to #3217] Improvements of Order work log (history) for the item "Номер замовлення з магазину"

Description of a Change request:
These changes relate to the item 'Order number from store ' ( 'Номер замовлення з магазину') of the block 'Order details' which are displayed in the block 'Order history' after changing and saving in the Order

Reason for Change:
Requirements are updated according to stakeholder's needs and expectations

Acceptance Criteria

1. When Super Admin adds to the order an item "Номер замовлення з магазину" and saves this information in the Order, it should be displayed as a change event with the title «Додано номер замовлення з магазину .......» (e.g. «Додано номер замовлення з магазину 123456») in the block 'Order history'.
   

2. When Super Admin deletes the item 'Order number from store', adds another item, and saves this information in the Order, it should be displayed as a change event with the title "Видалено номер замовлення з магазину: .........; Додано номер замовлення з магазину ......;" (e.g. "Видалено номер замовлення з магазину: 1234567890; Додано номер замовлення з магазину 4658931267;"). In this case, the name of the change event is truncated and 3 dots at the end of the string should appear according to Acceptance criteria 6 of the US#3217. By clicking on the truncated string, a popup window with the full data is shown and when the admin clicks outside this popup, it should be closed according to Acceptance criteria 7 and 8 of the US#3217
   

3. When Super Admin deletes the item 'Order number from store', and saves this information in the Order, it should be displayed as a change event with the title "Видалено номер замовлення з магазину: ......" (e.g. "Видалено номер замовлення з магазину: 1234567890")
