[Change request to #459] News page: Gallery view option

Description of a Change request:

1. Additional functionality
2. Changing in a Preview News Card (ItemCard)

Acceptance Criteria

1. When an User is on the page "EcoNews" at first time the System applies quickfilter (tag) "News" by default and displays only ItemCards with a tag "News" sorted by date (desc)
   

2. When an User click on an any tag the System changes the tag color, add to applied tag a clickable icon to reset (clear) it and displays only ItemCards with chosen tag(s) sorted by date (desc). Every tag works as an independent filter. An User can make a multiple select.
   

3. AC.1e changes:
   a) Relevant tags are mandatory and is a clickable. When an User click on this tag then the System applies and displays only those ItemCards which are relevant to the User's clicked tag sorted by date (desc)
   b) Content text field is mandatory, up to 256 characters
   c) Author field is mandatory, the System displays only the FIRST name of an author.
   d) delete the possibility to share content for socials nets
   e) An clickable Icon "Add to Favorites" at the left top of the ItemCard
   
   f) An Icon "Comments" with an output field Quantity of total comments to the displayed News. The Quantity field is numerical, a range from 0 to 999.
   g) An clickable Icon "Thumb Up" with with an output field Quantity of total users' likes to the displayed News. The Quantity field is numerical, a range from 0 to 999.
   
   h) If an User is authorized and has Favorite News or/and Liked News the relevant icons are displayed in a different color

a) AC.1c changes: The fields Image, Title, Context Text, Author, Date and Comments are working as whole link and use the OS link pointer icon when pointing.
b) AC. 2 changes: When an User click on the one of the fields Image, Title, Context Text, Author, Date and Comments than the System redirects an User to the page US Eco news: single view

5. When an User is authorized then the System displays additional quick filters “My News”, “Favorites” and a button “Create News” above the quick filters at the left top corner. The button “Create News” also displayed for a non-authorized User.

6. When an authorized User click on filters “My News” or/and “Favorites” than the System displays to an User ONLY the ItemCards with News which were saved or/and created by the particular User according to the rules indicated in the AC.1.

7. When an authorized User click on the button “Create News” the System redirects an User to the relevant page US CreateNews.

8. When an authorized User click on the icon “Add to Favorite” than the System adds chosen News to the User Favorites NewsList with follow actions:
   a) A confirmation pop-up window with a text “The News has been added to your Favorite List”
   b) A color of the icon “Add to Favorite” is changing to different
   c) A caption of the icon is changing to “My Favorite”
   Else (When a non-authorized User click on), the System proposes for an User to Epic [Epic: Sign in/Sign up #908 ]

9. When a non-authorized User click on the button “Create News” the System proposes for an User to Epic [Epic: Sign in/Sign up #908 ]

10. When an authorized User click on the icon "Thumb Up" then the System changes an icon color to different and changes counter of News likes up to previous plus 1. Else (When a non-authorized User click on), the System proposes for an User to Epic [Epic: Sign in/Sign up #908 ]
