Reproducible: often.

Preconditions
The user should be logged in as a Super Admin
Go to https://www.testgreencity.ga/GreenCityClient/#/ubs-admin/tariffs
Main UBS menu - page 'Тарифи' should be opened.
Go to any existing card

Steps to reproduce

Click on "Додати сервіс"
In fields "Об'єм" type decimal number "5.4"
In fields "Комісія" type decimal number "2,28"
In fields "Базова вартість" type decimal number "14.48"

Actual result
User can't type decimal number in fields "Об'єм", "Комісія", "Базова вартість" in "Додати сервіс"

Expected result
User can type decimal number in fields "Об'єм", "Комісія", "Базова вартість" in "Додати сервіс"
