Preconditions

1. The user is logged in as the administrator.
2. The order is created in the system.
3. The "Не вивезено" order status is selected for the current order.
4. The order details page for the current order is opened.

Steps to reproduce

1. Scroll down to the "Історія замовлення" section and open it
2. Click the "Статус замовлення - Не вивезено" link

Actual result
The "Статус замовлення - Не вивезено" event title is not linked to the pop-up with the reason for not picking up the current order.

Expected result
The "Статус замовлення - Не вивезено" event title is linked to the pop-up with the reason for not picking up the current order.
The pop-up with the reason of not picked up the current order is displayed.
