Delete a service "Сервіс" to the tariffs card

As a Super Admin, I want to be able to delete/deactivate the "Сервіс" service in the pricing card so this service is not used to calculate the cost of services for customers.

User Flow
Main UBS menu -> Choose "Тарифи” -> Find the pricing cards

Preconditions
The user should be logged in as a Super Admin

Acceptance Criteria

1. When the User wants to delete “Сервіс” service in the pricing card he/she should:

• to find the necessary pricing card on the main page “Тарифи”, click on it to see the tariffs card
• to click to the “trash can” (or another visual element for the deleting function) in a certain line of the deleting service in “Сервіси” section

2. The pop-up window “Деактивувати сервіс” should be opened with fields:

3. When the User clicks on the button “Скасувати”- the pop-up is closed and the user will see the tariffs card previous view.

4. When the User clicks on the button “Деактивувати” - the pop-up window “Деактивувати сервіс” should closed and the user will see the tariffs card previous view.

This service should be displayed in the corresponding fields of the “Сервіси” section of the tariffs card as inactive https://www.figma.com/file/JvDAu4MHnh1Vxc5FaokyiA/ITA-UBS-styles?node-id=24792%3A80162

5. The User should press the button “Зберегти зміни” on the tariff card to save the tariffs in pricing card. After that the User stays at this page (tariffs card), but the button “Зберегти зміни” will be inactive.
