Notifications about new messages for client on the home page

As a user, I want to be able to view notification about messages that I received on the home page

User flow
Home page of the site -> Login as a User

Preconditions:
User is logged in

Acceptance Criteria.

When the user opens the home page after logging in, he/she should see the image/indicator in the header that shows if there are new messages.
Acceptance criteria for such notification item are valid from US#2796 p. 3
When the user opens each page of the Client cabinet he/she should see the same image/indicator on the same place.
