Preconditions
1. Logged in to GreenCity as a User https://ita-social-projects.github.io/GreenCityClient/#

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to 'UBS- user'
2. Create an order
3. Log in as Admin
4. Change the order status from Formed to Canceled
5. Log in as a User
6. Go to Order history page

Actual result
User can cancel order from 'Order history' page

Expected result
User can't cancel order from 'Order history' page
