[Admin. Orders] Missing of the option "Дата" for filters "Дата замовлення/оплати/вивезення", Checkbox instead of radio-button for filtering conditions and "Відрізок часу" instead of "Проміжок часу"

Sign in as admin

Steps to reproduce

1. Click the 'UBS-admin' button in pop-up window
2. Click the button "Замовлення"
3. Click on the button "Фільтри"
4. Choose the next filters:

• Дата замовлення
• Дата оплати
• Дата вивезення

Actual result
There is no option "Дата" for Дата замовлення/оплати/вивезення.
Checkbox is available for selecting filters.

Date filters don't work

Expected result
There is an option "Дата" for Дата замовлення/оплати/вивезення.
Radio-button is available for selecting filters.
