[UBS-User. Order tab] Order and payment statuses are translated into English in the order table only after reloading the page

Preconditions

1. The User has some orders.
2. Log in to GreenCity as a User https://ita-social-projects.github.io/GreenCityClient/#/
3. Go to the user's personal cabinet (UBS-user).

Steps to reproduce

1. Click the language switcher and choose the English language.
2. Pay attention to the order and payment statuses in the order table.
3. Reload the page.
4. Take a look at the order and payment statuses in the order table.

Actual result
The order and payment statuses are translated into English only after reloading the page.

Expected result
The order and payment statuses are translated into English after choosing the English language in the language switcher.

Additional information:

1. The same bug is also reproduced while changing the language from English to Ukrainian.
