Fields rename on Step 0.1
Add active locations

Reason for Change:
Fields rename after the customer review.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Rename text fields “Вітаємо в УБС! Спочатку оберіть свою локацію:” to
   “Вітаємо в УБС!
   Спочатку оберіть локацію вивезення відходів
   Наразі ми працюємо тільки по м. Київ та обраним містам.”

2. Under the title the user shall see a drop-down with location options. The user should be able to select the desired point from the drop-down. The selected point should be displayed in the field “Місто”.

3. List of locations for MVP (release #0):
   Київ,
   Київська область

4. When the user select option "Київ", he should to see under the field "city" the next text "До м. Київ також включені Гатне, Горенка, Зазим’є, Ірпінь, Княжичі, Коцюбинське, Новосілки, Петропавлівська Борщагівка, Погреби, Проліски, Софіївська Борщагівка, Чайки, Щасливе."

5. When the user select option "Київська область", he should to see under the field "city" the next text "Наразі до Київської області включені міста в межах 20 км від м. Київ"
