[UBS Admin Cabinet ] Order status "Не вивезено" - view the reason

As an administrator, I want to view the reason for not picked up order so that to be aware of the issue

Preconditions

1. User is logged in as administrator.
2. Administrator has opened an separate order from current orders view table
3. The reason for not picked up order has already been added.

Acceptance Criteria

1. To view the reason for not picked up order, the administrator clicks on event “Статус замовлення - Не вивезено” of the order work log section (described in story [UBS Admin Cabinet ] Order work log (history) #3217) and a pop-up with reason details is opened.
   

2. Pop-up title is “Причина невивезеного замовлення № [current order ID]” and it includes the following fields and their attributes:

Field title	Requirements
Kоментар кур’єра	Received from “Add the reason for not picked up order” form, field “Опишіть, що сталося”
Фотографії порушення	Received from “Add the reason for not picked up order” form. Files are displayed in a 3X2 photo matrix. If there are no files, this section is not displayed
“Дата”	Date. Received from “Add the reason for not picked up order” form.
“Додано”	Administrator's surname and name, who added the reason. Received from “Add the reason for not picked up order” form.

3. When the administrator clicks on “X” (close icon), the pop-up window is closed
