Edit and Delete information in the tables on the pricing page

As a Super Admin I want to be able to edit and delete the information in the tables "Сервіси" and "Тарифи на послуги", so that information visible for admins and on client's order page is up-to-date.

User Flow
Main UBS menu -> Choose "Документи" -> Open "Тарифи" -> Tap a selected location

Preconditions

1. The user should be logged in as a Super Admin

Acceptance Criteria

1. In the table "Сервіси" each row has "Edit" button.
2. In the table "Тарифи на послуги" each row has "Edit" and "Delete" buttons.
3. When "Edit" is tapped, the pop-up with the attributes from the table and text fields will appear. The non-editable columns will be grey. There will be two buttons "Зберегти" and "Скасувати".
4. When "Зберегти" is tapped, the changes are saved and depicted in the table.
5. When "Скасувати" is tapped, the changes are not saves and the pop-up disappears.
6. When "Delete" is tapped, the pop-up with a confirmation question and two buttons will appear: "Видалити цей рядок?" and buttons "Так" and "Ні". When "Так" is tapped, the row will be deleted from the table, when "Ні" is tapped, the table is not changed.
7. When the changes are made, it will affect ONLY future documentation and calculations.
