[Request] *.global hostname docs outdated

referring to this link here:

it directs to the istio multi cluster main page, where instructions of the DNS redirection cannot be found (or at least I couldn't find it)

Do you have any source of instructions that you can share?

Also I couldn't replicate how to configure contextual configuration managed in your blog here. It seems there is similar information missing to replicate how to resolve *.global for all clusters.

Personally I try to use my own custom host name that I want to use across clusters *service.consul, but I am missing some information on how to do it the Istio way, to understand better how Admiral can help here.
