`tar.Parse` no longe exists #425

Hey,

I upgraded this package recently and there are a few things that we missing in the changelog.

tar.Parse no longer exists, the class is now tar.Parser
The onentry option is deprecated which leads me to believe it should still work, but this does not seem to be the case. onReadEntry does work.

The low level API section in README.md still talks about tar.Parse, which should probably be tar.Parser.
