Until now, the app was accused of 2 Policy Violations; all of these violations were cleared up because the app did not violate the policies:

Refusals because of payment policy #60 - Payment Policy
Impersonation Policy (This is the official app^^)

A Policy Checklist should be created to clearly identify how the policies are followed and to faster respond to alleged policy violations.
