Setup Ubuntu Desktop (16.04)

Instructions for web-developer.

Instruction for GTX970.

  1. Switch to onboard graphics and install ubuntu.

  2. Add PPA repository for videocard.

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:xorg-edgers/ppa
sudo apt-get update

  1. Open Programs and Updates application/Additional Drivers Switch to NVIDIA.
