webRTC gclient sync fail

1. I run commands:
   mkdir webrtc4
   cd webrtc4
   fetch --nohooks --no-history webrtc_ios

and then error as below:

It might be because of not getting the depot tools right or setting up the Path variable. Please refer to the following links from official webrtc development guide for MAC :(Xcode 9 or higher has to be present for MAC)

The ipop-project's documented procedure has been tested only on Windows and Ubuntu.
