Just about anything could serve as an IPNS-like record store to resolve multiaddrs -- even a Twitter feed!
It'd be great if I could tweet something like foo: /ipfs/Qmfoobar and have /twitter/noffle/foo resolve to the latest tweet of mine with in that namespace, with optional signature. It's not a distributed or reliable platform, but users will have all sorts of varying needs for trade-offs that we can't possibly predict!
