This version aims to automate as many individual steps that make up https://github.com/ipfs/kubo/blob/master/docs/RELEASE_ISSUE_TEMPLATE.md as possible.
Next goal will be to put the scripts together to form a workflow. Currently thinking about using something like AWS Step Functions for this but it needs more research.
