We want to be able to link directly to IPFS newsletter signup. Adding an internal anchor to the form in the footer would let us do that.

hm, there's https://ipfs.io/#newsletter-form but it doesn't really load to the form correctly.

yeah some content lazy-loads so on both chrome and firefox you see the form for a sec and then it disappears below the fold.
