Other notes

  • Pedro presented a solution to scale peer-pad by making the gossyp protocol more scalable by using a hash ring approach

  • André and João have been working on a concept to resolve Identity & Authentication via the IdentityManager

  • Maciej Krüger is also working on making peer-pad more scalable by using a rendezvous protocol

  • Carlos Baquero has a deep knowledge of CRDTs and will be giving valuable input on that subject

  • Fritzy has been working on a peer-identity and will be working a login demo with DApps

  • Pedro presented a demo of testings on the "hash ring" approach to prove the topology is well connected and is scalable

    • The original concept has been developed by both David Dias and Pedro Texeira
  • Maciej Krüger showed a demo of peer-pad working with the rendezvous protocol!

    • This improves the topic discovery and the peers interested in those topics
