Possibly Unnessary Update of DataObj in clean.

The verify passes of filestore clean may still update the DataObj. If the block is going to be deleted anyway this is likely a waste of time. But need to be careful, some updates may still be useful, for example to update the timestamp if it the block was updated with a newer file and determined still determined to be valid.

Maybe it's not worth the effort...
