aioarangodb is outdated

The aioarangodb library has not been updated for over a year, for this reason I forked (not a copied) python-arango and made it asynchronous. The current version (1.0.0) fully corresponds to python-arango 7.2.0.

Thanks @mirrorrim for the tip and for the effort of making this!

I just got back from my vacation and didn't yet have time to take a proper look at it, but it seems like we'd want to switch to it if it's just what you're say it is. It's been troubling me a bit that aioarangodb has been so outdated.
