Add a static link to the notebook

I am now playing with some of these notebooks - trying to identify which are the most useful to highlight on the IOOS.us webpage. A static link to some of these notebooks would be really helpful.

I am also digging around the system-test github pages and trying to run a few of these notebooks but I am running in to packages that aren't available on a win-64 channel (e.g.. prettyplotlib used in the Extreme_Water_Level.ipynb). Things like that have to be cleaned up before we start advertising them to different user groups.

@jenniferbosch I do encourage you taking a look at the old system-test notebooks, but I do not recommend advertising them! They are outdated and probably broken.

However, the notebooks in the blog are updated and should be OK to be advertised. I am adding new ones approximately every 15 days until we re-post all the old notebooks in the blog form. (I appreciate the feedback on those BTW.)

A static link to some of these notebooks would be really helpful.

Until I add that to the notebooks in the blog you can navigate the notebooks using nbviewer.

PS: The prettyplotlib module is deprecated and can be safely removed. Better yet, if you want better graphics check seaborn or matplotlib.style.

Ok. :) So I will stick to running stuff on the blog right now. I will also read over the topics of the old notebooks and highlight ones that I think we can really polish up as solid examples. Do you have a list/schedule of the notebooks you plan on re-posting?

With that said, I like the Extreme_Water_Level notebook. I could see that notebook being very useful to several cross-agency efforts to monitor sea level in various places.

FYI, my comments at via.hypothesis.is are not the best example, b/c I didn't know yet how to link the comments to a specific text block. Tip: select the text block first, then create a note linked to that block using the context menu (or maybe there's a pop-up icon, I can't remember).
