Solve blocking UI

The first 4.1.0 release was blocking the UI for some users and hanged there.
This releases addresses those issues and takes measures to prevent it

• Default application state even if startup phase fails due to unknown errors
• Pods load efficiently
• All time consuming operations moved to web workers
• Api using native browser facilities
• Detection time reduced to minimum
• Fixed bug showing wrong engine on switching
