在chart.js文件里面修改var y = chartOpt.axisBottom - (barHeight * ((item.data[k]) / (maxMark)));
改为下面
var y = chartOpt.axisBottom - (barHeight * ((item.data[k]-最低栏显示值) / (maxMark-最低栏显示值)));
这样显示就正常了
