I'm going to great a repo for each language community. The repo's issues can be used a collaboration endpoint for translation efforts.
Each repo will also have a new team attached. Anyone who raises their hand here will be added to the team of their choice :)
This method of organizing the localization efforts is experimental, if it doesn't work we'll try something else :)
