Problem statement
Hi all,
I have a question that I have not found solved in the documentation or in the github threads. In any case, apologies if this topic has already been addressed and I have not located it.
The question is that when an assembled part, is built with some specific stock items, all of them on OK status, and then, one of those specific stock items changes the status from OK to any other status, the assembled stock item keeps the OK status, and this is not really true, since at least one of the subitems is not OK. Is it any way to link the status of the sub-items to the assembled item?
Thanks in advance!
Suggested solution
Link the status of the assembled item to the installed sub-items
Describe alternatives you've considered
Status inheritance to upper layers
Examples of other systems
