There’s a situation: a domain was assigned the FD (Force Domain) status because the registrant failed validation. After some time, the registrant decided to change the contact details to those of another registrant for this domain. Once the change was made, a notification was sent to the registrar stating that the FD status was removed. However, for this to truly take effect, the registrant needed to confirm the contact changes. But the notification was sent before this confirmation took place.
The second issue: the confirmation period expired, which means it’s no longer possible to confirm the changes, and the FD status should remain in effect. However, the database has a NULL value for the date when the FD status should take effect.
