Large Number of QDC Files Causes Errors

I seem to be trying to convert too large of a set for the app to handle. At first I tried an extremely large set and it gave me an error it didn't have enough resources when just going through the files. I've cut it down significantly and it's read them, but it's got everything in memory trying to dump it all out to the CSV file at once it seems. But rather than save the CSV file, it spawns a bunch of new instances of itself and stays stuck at Saving CSV File.
