add mindmap (roadmap.sh) type of feature to this docs site as well after it is done on main website

I've added mindmaps to the doc-site & upgraded the bootstrap version.
Before creating the PR check the output in this branch https://github.com/tfsumon/external-docs/tree/mindmap_dev

You can check mindmaps in this page http://localhost:1313/1.0.1/compage/1-docs-structure/

sorry, I didn't pay attention to this issue.
I just checked the change in my local, from your repo which is in mindmap_dev branch.
diagrams got loaded, but the problem I saw was the loading itself; loading the mermaidjs diagrams in this docs site is taking too long. Please check that.

Also, whenever submitting the PR, please remove the example diagrams you added from the documentation. Create a separate "draft: true" dummy content in a separate folder and keep the examples there. Also, please check that the diagrams are interactive, just like how they are on the main website. @tfsojon @tfsumon
