Cluster overview requires very wide terminal windows

The event list doesn't work properly when the termsize is narrower than 126 columns.
The node and pod heatmaps won't fit when the termsize is shorter than 30 rows.

The latter issue isn't that big of a deal--most windows are taller than that. The former issue, however, is worse, seeing as a default terminal window is typically 80 columns wide.

Correction: the scaling of the cluster overview UI is currently mainly limited on the length of the namespace and event names. Changing issue title accordingly.
